Whatever service they’re looking for, all new clients will undergo an initial consult. The cost of your session will then depend on the service you need, and whether you’re eligible for ACC. Non-ACC Osteopathy initial consultation 45 minute sessions are $160. Our Joint and Movement Health Initial Consultations are $349 for a 90 minute session & the Non- ACC Musculoskeletal Medicine and Pain Management Initial Consultations are $350 for 90minutes

Whether they’re ACC or Private, our Osteopathy consultations will focus on an impairment-based diagnostic lens. If we think we need to, we can do scans, imaging, or make referrals. The session’s goal is to develop a collaborative plan to align with your expectations, goals, and needs.
Our Joint & Movement Health consults are different for good reason. During these sessions, we’ll go into the capacities and function of each joint, then how those joints work in chains. We’ll assess your breathing mechanics, and discuss and look for signs of chronic internal inflammation, scars, neurological control, and more.
There can be cross-over between Osteo and joint health/internal training consults. But ultimately, the two approaches will look at your unique situation through two different lenses. -
Everybody – and every body – is different. That’s why the total number of sessions you’ll need will depend on your unique situation and goals. Just keep in mind that it’s taken your body time to get to where it is now, and it’ll take time for it to get back to where it should be. After your initial sessions, we’ll review your progress and change your plan as needed. Ultimately, our goal is to give you the education and tools you need to take control of your own journey.

It’s our unique take on rehabilitating and prehabilitating the body. It’s a total-body approach, involving a combination of joint health and internal training. Rather than only focusing on the pain area, it takes the entire body into account – identifying the cause, and stopping it at the source. Our 360° Approach includes a range of tools that have been proven by science, including Fascial Stretch Therapy™, Functional Range Conditioning®, KINSTRETCH®, and more. It’s designed to get your entire body working more efficiently, powerfully, and resiliently. You can find out more about our 360° Approach here.

Fascia is the thin casing of connective tissue structure that surrounds your muscles, blood vessels, and nerves – holding them all in place. Fascia is smooth and flexible, and it’s designed to stretch and contract as your body moves. But if you move too little, overwork specific areas, or suffer an injury or surgery, it can become thick and dried out. When that happens, fascia can tighten around the muscles and other connective tissues, causing mobility issues, pain, and knots. That’s why it’s so important to ensure you keep your fascia healthy.
-
Fascial Stretch Therapy™, or FST™, is a gentle form of body stretching. It focuses on the fascial lines that connect and wrap around your muscles, organs, and nerves. It’s designed to improve your muscle mobility and fascia flexibility, and anyone and everyone can benefit from it.
FST™ is a fantastic form of relaxation. It can help reduce or eliminate pain, relieve and reduce stress, improve sleep quality, improve posture, and create better mobility. All this leaves you able to exercise more effectively, which leaves you looking and feeling healthier. FST™ is a great alternative to massage, and many of our corporate clients see their sessions as the ultimate way to disconnect. -
After your initial consult, we’ll decide together whether FST™ should be part of your personal plan. If so, your FST™ sessions will be 90 minutes. Some FST™ therapists work in 60 minute blocks. But we find that extra 30 minutes creates time for valuable stability work, which leads to a far superior outcome. That means you can leave your session fully primed, and ready to take on whatever physical challenge you need to.

FRC® is a joint health optimisation system. Based on scientific principles, its main focus is to both improve your joints’ ranges of motion, and teach the nervous system how to control those newly acquired ranges. It helps generate flexibility, mobility, power, strength, and coordination. FRC® can be incorporated into your current daily activities or training plan.
So, who would benefit from FRC®? In short, everyone. From yogis, to people who just want to move different, to everyone in between. Whoever you are, whatever your fitness level, you can benefit from FRC®. -
Initial sessions are 60 minutes. The full hour gives you time to understand and grasp the specific principles behind FRC®. Depending on your needs and available time, sessions can also be delivered in 45 minute blocks.

Absolutely. It was our team’s own experience with chronic pain and Fibromyalgia that led us to develop our unique 360° Approach. We’ve used our scientifically proven tools to help clients with conditions like Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain Syndrome, Arthritis, and even MS.
Before we schedule an initial consult, we’ll start with a conversation about your current situation. We can then determine whether we have the skill-set to help you – or whether someone in our network would be better suited to your needs.
Then, during our initial consultation, we’ll develop an approach that’s totally specific to you. If needed, we’ll also provide alternative avenues within our professional network that you can explore. We’ll put clear review dates in place, to make sure you get the best ongoing assistance possible. -
For Osteopathy and Musculoskeletal Medicine and Pain Management, we can generate ACC claims for recent injuries – as long as the eligibility criteria is met, or an existing claim number can be used.
Despite insurance companies and medical systems around the world recognising and supporting techniques such as FST™ and FRC®, these services aren’t yet acknowledged by ACC here in New Zealand. So unfortunately, we’re unable to accept ACC claims on our wider range of services.
In many cases, the costs of our non-ACC services are the same as – or even less than – ACC-based services. And because our 360° Approach focuses on the whole body, not just the area causing you pain, you’re bound to see better results going forward.
