Here's how it works.

Phase 1: Lay the groundwork

During an initial consult, we’ll learn about your situation. We’ll uncover problem areas and opportunities, and form a personalised plan in order of priority.

Phase 2: Do the legwork

With the right 360° tools in place, we’ll execute the plan through 1:1 sessions, classes, and putting in the work at home. We’ll review regularly, and make changes as needed.

Phase 3: Feel your body work

Whether playing golf or lifting weights, running for miles or going to pilates, you’ll feel your body start to move the way it was made to.

Phase 4: Continuing improvements

Together we’ll review your outcomes, figure out whether your goals have changed, compare metrics, and create a plan for constant improvement.
